FIND YOUR STARTING POINT

AI has already helped.
Where are you still unsure?

Choose a difficulty to see how coaching and independent AI practice work together.

Plenty of questions. No clear idea what to practice first.

You have a long list of interview questions, but limited time to prepare each one.

How a coach helps

Match the role with your experience and choose the questions worth practicing first.

How to keep practicing with AI

Have AI ask one question at a time and vary its wording around those priorities.

The answer sounds complete, but anyone could have said it.

It mentions communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, but your actual contribution is still hard to see.

How a coach helps

Explore your decisions, actions, and results. Separate your contribution from the team’s achievements.

How to keep practicing with AI

Use truthful examples across questions. Ask AI to request missing details.

You keep revising, but cannot tell whether the answer is better.

The language is more polished, but the answer may simply be longer, with the main point still unclear.

How a coach helps

Identify one useful improvement in an actual answer, adjust it, and try again.

How to keep practicing with AI

Compare relevance and clarity before and after, not just polished wording.

AI gives feedback, but you are unsure whether to trust it.

It praises your answer and suggests changes. Which suggestions fit you and the role, and which make the answer less your own?

How a coach helps

Review feedback together and establish criteria grounded in the role, your experience, and your voice.

How to keep practicing with AI

Ask AI to explain suggestions against those criteria, then decide what to adopt.

The answer looks right, but speaking or handling follow-ups feels harder.

You can prepare a familiar question. “Why did you decide that?” or “What would you do differently?” can still throw you.

How a coach helps

Use live follow-ups to distinguish difficulties with reasoning, examples, and language.

How to keep practicing with AI

Answer without a script, try new follow-ups, and record yourself. Bring remaining difficulties to an optional follow-up.

One practice example · Fictional scenario

See how a follow-up changes the answer.

Interview question
Tell me about yourself.

First attempt

I have worked in operations, coordination, and customer support across different projects.

Michael asks

Which capability matters most for this role? Which experience supports it?

A clearer answer direction

If coordination matters for the role, start with: “My experience centers on operations coordination, with exposure to customer support. I want to bring that experience to this role.” Then add a truthful example.

AI practice afterward

Ask AI for a role-relevant follow-up. Answer first, then check whether each point connects to the job.

Interview question
Tell me about a problem you solved.

First attempt

We handled a delivery issue between two departments. I gathered their requirements and proposed two scheduling options.

Michael asks

Which step was yours? Who made the decision? Which results can you confirm?

A clearer answer direction

“I gathered both departments’ requirements and proposed two scheduling options for the person responsible to decide.” Explain the known actions without adding unverified results.

AI practice afterward

Ask AI to question your actions, reasons, and results one at a time. Separate your contribution from team outcomes.

Interview question
What would you change next time?

First attempt

I would improve communication, but I have not worked out exactly what I would change.

Michael asks

Which step needs changing? What supports your view? What is still uncertain?

A clearer answer direction

Choose one step you can explain, with a reason and a concrete action. If you are unsure, clarify the question rather than rush into a polished answer.

AI practice afterward

Put the script away, retry with four keywords, and record yourself. Then ask AI for an unfamiliar follow-up.

One practice example · Fictional scenario

Understand the question.
Then draw on your experience.

Interview question: “Tell me about a problem you solved.”

  1. 01

    Interpret, then choose evidence

The question asks about your judgment and actions. Choose something you personally worked on and can explain before drafting a full answer in English.

  2. 02

Explore your contribution with the coach

“We solved it together” needs detail. Michael asks: What did you notice? What options did you have? What did you do, and why?

  3. 03

Give AI a focused practice task

Use your tailored prompt with the coaching priorities. Ask AI for one question at a time. Answer first, then request one improvement without inventing experience.

  4. 04

Put the script away and try a follow-up

Retry with four keywords and record yourself. Then try: “What would you change next time?” Notice what you can explain independently and what needs practice.

AFTER THE SESSION

Try it aloud. Then try a new question.

Use the coaching priorities in your AI practice. Record an attempt and notice what still needs work.

Final payment is determined at AT checkout.

US$235 for the package and follow-up. Confirm availability before purchase.

Know what you’re booking.

Is the follow-up included in US$220?

No. US$220 covers the 50-minute session, personalized workbook, lesson summary, and two AI prompts. The optional 25-minute follow-up is US$15 separately, or US$235 for both. These USD prices include the agreed 10% platform fee. The final payment amount appears at AT checkout; check with Michael if it differs.

Do I need to commit to ongoing lessons?

No. This is a focused preparation package scoped around one résumé and one target role.

Does it include résumé rewriting or technical coaching?

It does not include résumé rewriting, unlimited written feedback, unlimited AI conversation review, or specialist technical coaching. Role-related questions are prepared within the agreed scope.

Can AI tell me whether I’m ready?

AI-generated answers and scores are not proof of readiness. Check factual accuracy and keep your own voice. Spoken delivery needs recordings or live observation, not text alone. The package does not guarantee employment or complete readiness after one session.

What should I send before booking?

Your résumé, target job description, interview date, language and format if known, main concern, and availability for the main session and optional follow-up. We first confirm there is time for materials, independent practice, and any follow-up.

How have you been preparing with AI?
Where are you still unsure?

Tell Michael about your target role, interview date, and where you feel stuck. First, agree on what needs attention, then plan a useful way to prepare.
